To receive spay/neuter assistance from APAW, you must use one of the veterinarians participating in our program, who are listed below. Please Note: Payment for any tests, vaccines or other procedures required by the veterinarian will be the responsibility of the pet’s owner. Complications such as pregnancy or obesity that result in extra charges are also the reponsibility of the pet owner. Please check with your veterinarian to determine these costs prior to surgery to prevent any unpleasant surprises at billing.
